To cancel:

If the order is already packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

The order has already been shipped or handed to the courier

The product is custom packed, limited stock, or part of a special discount

You ordered via Cash on Delivery and request last-minute cancellation
Please avoid placing COD orders if unsure, to prevent wastage of time and resources.
💵 Refunds for Prepaid Orders (if cancelled in time)

If your prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
