❌ Order Cancellation Policy – ZERO

At ZERO, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery — so cancellations are only possible before your order is shipped.


🕒 Can I Cancel My Order?

✅ Yes – if your order has not been shipped yet.
To cancel:

  • Contact us within 1–2 hours of placing the order

  • Send a message on WhatsApp or email with your Order ID

If the order is already packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


❌ Cancellation Not Possible If:

  • The order has already been shipped or handed to the courier

  • The product is custom packed, limited stock, or part of a special discount

  • You ordered via Cash on Delivery and request last-minute cancellation

Please avoid placing COD orders if unsure, to prevent wastage of time and resources.


💵 Refunds for Prepaid Orders (if cancelled in time)

  • If your prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
