At ZERO, we stand by the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of mobile accessories and hygiene-sensitive items, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered and accepted.

Please note:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong order placement, or buyerâs remorse.

Once the product is shipped and delivered, the sale is final.
â Replacements (if eligible)
We only offer free replacements in the following cases:

Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

You must inform us within 24â48 hours of receiving the item

You must share clear photo/video proof of the issue

Product must be unused and in original condition
If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item.

You must report any issue within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

Claims beyond 48 hours will not be accepted.

You may need to courier it back to us â and we will reimburse the shipping if applicable.
