🔁 Return & Refund Policy – ZERO

At ZERO, we stand by the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of mobile accessories and hygiene-sensitive items, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered and accepted.


❌ No Refunds

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong order placement, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Once the product is shipped and delivered, the sale is final.


✅ Replacements (if eligible)

We only offer free replacements in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You must inform us within 24–48 hours of receiving the item

  • You must share clear photo/video proof of the issue

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item.


⏱ Timeframe for Reporting Issues

  • You must report any issue within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

  • Claims beyond 48 hours will not be accepted.


📩 Return Pickup

If approved for replacement:

  • We will arrange return pickup (in select locations), or

  • You may need to courier it back to us — and we will reimburse the shipping if applicable.
