At ZERO, we aim to deliver your tech accessories to your doorstep quickly, safely, and reliably. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:


📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed after 6 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is shipped.


🕐 Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery time may vary depending on courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or festivals.


💵 Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹650

  • For orders below ₹499: ₹70 flat shipping charge


🚫 Delayed or Lost Packages

While we try our best to ensure timely deliveries, sometimes delays happen due to reasons beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed or lost:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email

  • We’ll assist with tracking or initiate a reshipment/refund as per the situation


📦 Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with:

  • Please take a photo before opening

  • Refuse to accept the package and inform us immediately

  • If you’ve already accepted, contact us within 24 hours with photo proof


🌍 Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across most PIN codes in India using reliable delivery partners like Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, and India Post.
